Tonight is the start of Awana!
If you have already signed up and received the Theme Night sheet. It says we are having a "Welcome Family Pizza Party"
SCRATCH THAT! With all the rain expected, we WON'T BE doing that!
So, with that said, we WILL HAVE CHECK IN between 6:10 and 6:25.
We will start with Flags at 6:25 and a few announcements.
One of our announcements is this year's theme ----
Shhhh, we are using inside library voices this year. We want to see how quiet we can be this year, like the church mice that we don't see. Do you think we can? I bet we can!
Next weeks theme is Hawaiian Night! Aloha!
Sunday school has started too! Did your child bring home homework? Yes, from Sunday school?
What's the big idea?
In everything in Children's Ministry, we want to partner with parents.
Our hope is that your family grows well in your faith journey, so we are asking that the children bring their Sunday school homework back for a chance at a drawing when they enter their homework in the bucket. We will draw one blessed winner and they will come home with a prize.

Tonight and March Frog Dinner Menu
Dinner is served from 5:15- 6:10 p.m. Awana will NOT do their gathering/flag time in Family Life Center. Service starts at 6:30 p.m.

3/3 Men's Ministry serving - Walkin' Tacos
3/10 Breakfast for Dinner from the Danish Community. Pancakes, sausage, breakfast delights.

Cost: $2.50 for 11 and below
$3.00 for 12 and up.

If you have a 3-6th grader who you have explained the why's and hows of communion and they are ready to take part of the communion training, classes start 2/28 at 12:30 in the chapel. Please contact Janette at the church to sign up.

Kingdom Quest Sunday School and Awana
Kingdom Quest Sunday school is on a quest to see Jesus! Join us on Sunday mornings at 9:25! Our teachers are wonderful and prepared to teach.
Preschool 2-5 years, are located in the church. Your child can start pre-preschool if they are 2 before Aug. 15th of the current school year. Susie is the Director and has the registration forms.
Rooms are 113 and 114
Elementary is located upstairs from Rooms 200-212 We start our praise and worship either in the Family Life Center or the Chapel.
You can register at anytime. We have 6 classrooms - Art, Bible, Drama, Kitchen, Story, and Theater. We start by welcoming your child at the check in table. If your child has brought their Bible, they receive a Bible buck and a ticket. They need 7 bucks to purchase a wristband and 3 wristbands purchase a prize. Three tickets are drawn each week for a prize. Children will also use their Bibles during gathering time and their class time. The children are also encouraged to do the homework sheet sent home and returned. A homework drawing is done, whomever wins is rewarded with a great prize!
5th graders are in Bible Busters, a deeper look at God's Word for them.
Sunday school is from 9:25 - 10:45.
Kingdom Quest is a yearly program. Rotation Sunday school runs August - August.
Kids' Church/Bible Study - 11 a.m.
This is a dig deep into a chapter of the Bible study. Kids from 4 years to 6th grade join us every week to learn, read and fellowship. No registering required. We worship as a Family in the Sanctuary and then children are released to Stephanie or Janette. Our classroom has a timeline, maps, and deeper knowledge.
Awana is our Bible Club on Wednesday nights from 6:15 - 8:05 p.m.. It is geared for children ages 2 years - 6th grade. It runs August - April with fun and exciting themes, goofy kids, wonderful trained leaders, and lots of Bible memory and teaching. The cost for clubs varies. Overall, about a $1.50 a week is what it comes to, which could be a soda a week to give up for your child. Registration is on-going. Just come in to the church and go to the check in table in the foyer and let them know you're here and new.
